Training
Our Drilling Engineering Training Scheme (DETS) combines classroom training with a structured programme of work, including entry level drill crew experience and individual mentoring by experienced well engineers. Delivered over a 5 year period, DETS training revolves around real-life work assignments. You can be sure of early responsibility, strong support and fulfilling work alongside people who are experts in their field.
